Check-in: 7:30am - 9:30am
MANDATORY Pre-race Briefing: 9:30am
Race Start: 10:00am
12hr Course Cutoff: 10:00pm
24hr Course Cutoff: 10:00am Sunday Morning

Parking
The Butler Lake parking lot is not very big, so I'm asking that everyone carpool when possible. Also, there is remote parking at Long Lake if you are able to get someone to shuttle you to/from the start. It's only a couple miles from Butler Lake. The DNR has asked that if we must park along the street that we park on the SOUTH SIDE ONLY and stay clear of the blind curves in the road. I will try to have the acceptable area flagged off so there isn't any question.
Vehicle Stickers
All cars must have either an annual Wisconsin State Park sticker or pay for daily passes while at the event. I will have envelopes at the start for those who need them. Prices and information can be found on the Wisconsin DNR website.
Checkpoints
As most of you already know, there will be checkpoints at 8 mile intervals along the route. At each checkpoint, there will be a fire, hot water with mixers (hot chocolate, cider, tea, etc.), and non-heated water to re-supply with. If you make it to mile 24, you will also be treated to some Starbucks Via coffee (good stuff).
